Under new ownership for last 3 years after many years of neglect. They are gradually improving the course but it will still take several more years to get it close to the quality of other courses that are located within just a few blocks of this one. At $29/month and low cart fee, it is very inexpensive for a member to play. But I do not take friends or relatives there because of the generally poor conditions.

I played this course at the onset of winter, so conditions are always a bit rougher than spring and summer. We also had a brutal summer as far as heat goes and all of the KC courses (except courses I can't/won't afford) were pretty hard hit for conditions. This one recovered OK, but winter set in. I would recommend this course for average golfers who want a little challenge, but nothing too severe!
